Directors are elected to office in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Water District Law of 1911. As elected officials, Central Basin Directors represent each of the District's five divisions and are elected in the November general election in even-numbered years.

AB 1794 Appointed Directors Certification

In addition to the five publicly-elected directors, three additional directors will be appointed by the water purveyors within the District pursuant to Section 71267 of the Water Code.  Election results shall be certified by the General Manager and the results of the election shall be reported within 7 days of the election, to view the certification please click here

Ethics Training Certificate

In order to meet the terms for AB 1234 Compliance Training, each Board Director completes a two-hour ethics training. Below are the certificates of completion for each Board member.
